We have all been there, If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase on most items subject to the Returns Policy below. You can return your product for store credit, a different color or size (if available), a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
What to do?
Contact us within 48 hrs of receiving the shipment by email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order no., the item(s) you wish to return and the reason (so we can better assist you). Please review the policy below to ensure that your return qualifies.
- One authorized return per order.
- Returned items must have original tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of marks, makeup, perfumes, deodorant & animal hair.
- The product has not been altered by you in any way. If the products has been received damaged or manufacturing error, please place a tape around the affected area when returning the item.
- Items on sale, special offers and promotions (excludes discount or special coupons used at checkout), undergarments, beauty & personal care products, face masks, swimsuits and personal care products are final and non-refundable unless it was deemed defective or an error on our part.
- Please refer to the product page for additional info for other conditions that may apply or drop us an email, we would be more than happy to help.
- Once approved we will either generate the FREE UPS prepaid label and email it to you or refund you the shipping costs depending on the item(s) being returned, as we facilitate products from our warehouses and/or different manufacturers or suppliers in different locations within the US.
- If you receive the UPS label, just print the label, attach it to the package and return the item(s) by dropping off at any location that accepts UPS.
- Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
- Detailed instructions will be emailed to you once the return has been approved.
- If you are returning an item that was discounted, part of an offer such as a 2 for 1 or buy one get one free, the refund amount will reflect the price you have paid on this offer and not based on the original price of the item/s individually.
- Nifty Alley is not responsible for lost or stolen returned packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
- Once we receive the items back we will process the return and if it checks out we will refund the amount through the same original payment method used within 2-3 working days.
- If the returned item(s) is not defective and simply changed your mind and meets the applicable criteria, a refund for the price paid will be issued however shipping fees will apply.
